1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✔ Return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
✔ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
✔ Items must be free from damage, stains, odors, or wear.
✔ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items: Personalized products, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps:

2️⃣ Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return shipping details.
3️⃣ Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).
4️⃣ Processing & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Exchanges

✔ If you received the wrong size or defective item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
✔ Simply contact us at contact@poptopis.xyz within 14 days to arrange an exchange.

4. Refund Processing

✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
✔ It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

✔ If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ Attach clear photos of the issue in your email, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

✔ Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
✔ Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
